Hustle 2.0 connects lived experience with proven rehabilitation.
BUILT BY EXPERTS.
SHAPED BY EXPERIENCE.
Hustle 2.0’s programs are developed by a team of seasoned experts with decades of experience in designing rehabilitation programs for individuals with criminal histories. Our team includes PhD-level criminologists, trauma specialists, and recovery professionals who understand the root causes of criminal behavior and how to effectively address them.
What truly sets Hustle 2.0 apart, though, is the heart behind our curriculum. We believe rehabilitation isn’t just about theory—it’s about connection. Our lessons come alive through real stories from currently and formerly incarcerated men and women. These lived experiences make the program relatable, engaging, fun, and impactful.
Our History: Transforming Gang Culture and Lives
Founded in 2018, Hustle 2.0 began by engaging gang leaders at Pelican Bay State Prison to address issues like gang culture, domestic violence, and trauma. Through conversations, the leaders realized the old way of thinking wasn’t working, and they were determined to create a new legacy—one of peace, opportunity, and personal transformation.
Their lived experiences shaped our trauma-responsive curriculum, which has since reduced misconduct and transformed lives, even among those with serious criminal backgrounds.
Hustle 2.0 has earned the trust of both correctional leaders and the incarcerated population for its ability to engage, rehabilitate, and reduce incidents inside facilities.
